Tiny Love Tummy Time Mat

After I had my daughter and we packed away all of her gear from when she was a baby our basement flooded and more than half of her things were ruined.  So, when I found out I was pregnant with Cooper, I slowly started to pick up little things here and there that I new would be useful.  Enter the Tiny Love Under the Sea Tummy Time Mat

This mat is so cute.  I love the colors and its quality, washable material makes it perfect for more than one baby.  I also love how all the pieces can be used independently of each other: the mat, the pillow, the toy attached to the pillow and the mirror. Now, most people start using mats for tummy time for a few minutes per day to increase baby’s neck strength.  Not Cooper.  Kid hates tummy time and would only do it while I was laying down and he was on top of me and even then he was done after 30 seconds.  So, we waited and waited and waited and at 5 months old he started to tolerate being on any mat for longer than 2 minutes.  I call that a success.

As you can see, he loves it!  He is really captivated by the colors and loves the noises the eyes and claws make.  One of the claws has a rattle inside that baby can shake until his or her hearts content and the other one as a toy attached that babies will love to chew on.
