Recreational Weed

Cannabis is legal in Las Vegas, whether for medical or recreational use. So if the two of you enjoys weed, then Vegas is the place to be. 

Due to its immense tourism industry, purchasing recreational weed was legalized by the Nevada state. In particular, the city of Las Vegas allows people that are at least 21 years old with valid identification to purchase up to 1/8 ounce of marijuana. However, exceeding 2.5 ounces of usable marijuana over a 2-week period is not allowed.

Consumption of weed is also tricky. It is not lawful to consume marijuana in public places, most especially in any public location on the Strip. Recreational consumption of weed is only legal in property owned privately by residents.

You’re also not allowed to consume it on any Las Vegas weed dispensary. Some hotels do allow guests to consume weed in rooms that they booked, while others imposed harsh fines and penalties. Thus, make sure to ask first.
