Original Cream Classic Cheesecake—-I don’t even want to think how many of these our family has gone through in what, 3 or 4 decades. Zowie!!! I don’t think we’ve ever had a month without one. Our way of going modern with this wonderful dessert is to serve it with a fresh fruit sauce– usually some kind of berry or peaches.
