I am thrilled to share with you some very exciting news!
Serta Mattresses has teamed up with the National Sleep Foundation to help promote better sleep!
How have they done this?
In this groundbreaking industry partnership Serta and the National Sleep Foundation have joined forces to to promote better sleep through optimal product design and enhanced public education.
To do this Serta redesigned its flagship mattress, the Perfect Sleeper with input from the National Sleep Foundation.
First they asked sleep deprived consumers why they were not sleeping well.
Sharing those results with the NSF they started designing a new Perfect Sleeper. They set out to address the five most common sleep problems.
What are the five most common sleep problems?
~ Tossing and Turning
~ Lack of Support
~ Temperature Swings
~ Partner Disturbance
~ Mattress Sag or Roll-off
Now, how many of these affect you?
What is so exciting that each Perfect Sleeper doesn’t address just one of these issues but all five!
I bet you’re wondering how exactly it helps!
Pressure Relieving Comfort for Tossing and Turning:
Serta’s exclusive Advanced Comfort Quilt helps to evenly distribute weight to reduce the pressure points that can cause tossing and turning.
Serta’s Memory Foam and Latex Foam conform to the body and provide pressure relieving comfort.
Proper Back Support for Lack of Support:
Continuous Support Innerspring and the FlexZone Innerspring provide support and proper spinal alignment.
Balancing Sleep Temperature for Temperature Swings:
The Advanced Comfort Quilt allows air to flow through the mattress easily for up to 42% more cooling power than traditional memory foam.
Cool Balance Fabric Technology helps regulate the flow of heat from the body for a more balanced sleep surface temperature.
Undisturbed Sleep for Partner Disturbance:
TrueSense motion-isolating coils found in Serta’s FlexZone innerspring system and Serta’s Head-to-Toe Coil Construction found in the Continuous Support Innerspring are both uniquely designed to reduce motion transfer from one sleep partner to another.
Serta’s StabL-Base Foundation provides consistent support across the bottom of the mattress while isolating the impact of one sleep partner’s movements.
Mattress Roll-off or Sag:
Total Edge Foam Encasement strengthens the mattress edges to eliminate edge sag while extending the sleep surface.
ComfortLast construction means that each Perfect Sleeper system is tested beyond industry standards to meet the demands of over 99 percent of the adult population.
Combine all that and you get the Perfect Sleeper Mattress!
Retail Associates are being trained by Serta so when you go into a store to buy a new mattress they will be able to help you find the perfect one for you!
The new Perfect Sleeper Mattress will be available this April and is the “Official Mattress of the National Sleep Foundation”.
We were so excited when the new Perfect Sleeper Mattress arrived at our home this week!
The 2 men delivering it hadn’t seen the new Perfect Sleeper yet so they were excited to see it and had lots of questions!
I was happy to share the information on the Perfect Sleeper and how it’s the best mattress out there for sleep!
I can’t wait to tell you more about the Perfect Sleeper in the next few months!
We have been sleeping on the Perfect Sleeper for only two nights now but I can already tell a difference! Last night we slept through a thunderstorm!
I will be starting a sleep diary to share with you how we have been sleeping.
And coming soon…..

The mattress looks beautiful and oh so comfortable. The memory foam and latex foam seem like they would make a great night of sleep with out the tossing and turning.

We sooooo could use a new mattress, and the king seems fairly necessary with two children who like to climb in bed with us each morning. I’m intrigued by the temperature-regulating qualities… I often wake up in a sweat, but that could be hormones!
I’m looking forward to hearing how it all goes!
Talking Mattress says
That is one good looking mattress. Hope you’re sleeping well, getting all of the support you need from the new mattress!

Oooh, it looks SO comfortable! I’ve been having sleep issues on and off since my first child was born over 13 years ago. I just can’t seem to find a comfortable spot!

I’m curious to know what type of Serta Perfect Sleeper you have. My husband and I are considering buying one called the St. George Firm Eurotop in a Cal King from Macy’s. When testing them out, it felt the best to both of us. Would love your input asap if possible, as a special sale ends today, Sunday! Thank you.
