I’ve always been lucky that I’ve had a lot of joy in my life. I’ve been with my husband since I was 17 years old and I always think how lucky I was to have found him so early on in life because he brings me so much joy. When we had our son almost 7 years ago, I didn’t think life could get more joyful. Sure, there were sleepless nights and more worries but I loved my life. When we found out that I was pregnant with twins, I was overjoyed but also a little worried. Was it possible to love two new little humans as much as I loved my son? It turns out all of that worrying was for nothing because I love those two little girls just as much as I love my son. There’s so much JOY in my life – from my job, my friends but especially my family.
The Holiday season always brings out so much more joy too – I love being able to gift friends and families, do random acts of kindness and so much more. Sometimes the littlest thing can spread joy to someone so why not spread joy around you by gifting SOYJOY bars?
SOYJOY bars are made with real pieces of fruit and non-GMO ground whole soybeans. SOYJOY is certified gluten- free and each bar is between 130-140 calories which makes it a great snack for the whole family. Delicious Tip: Pop an unwrapped SOYJOY bar in the microwave for 8-10 seconds for a guilt-free treat and enjoy with hot cocoa or coffee!

I’m looking forward to trying these. The grandkids are always needing healthy snacks. Thanks for sharing the info.
BTW, forgot the joy part – it’s the grandkids that bring me joy!
These are so yummy! I love trying new foods, especially when they are good for you and taste delicious.
Spending time with my family, eating yummy holiday treats and listening to Christmas music makes me feel joyful!
My family brings me lots of joy every season but this time of year my tree all lit up really makes me happy in a very simple way.
Having my family together brings me joy, too! And, my hubby and I are high school sweethearts:) We started dating at 16:) Love it!
The SoyJoy bars are yummy! I never thought to microwave them!
I love reading about the Joy in other’s families and home. It makes me happy to see others happy! I get joy watching my kids find passion in an activity and work hard at it. It shows dedication.
We just returned from visiting a large light display, and seeing the merriment in my kids eyes really brought me joy. Of the soyjoy flavors, I think I’d love the Mango Coconut. Yum.
I haven’t tried these and they sound great (esp your microwave tip)! My kids bring me joy 🙂
I met my husband at 17 too and I am so grateful for that. I never thought to put bars like this in the microwave, thanks for the tip.
These would be perfect for my husband’s stocking. He and my kids are what bring me the most Joy in my life!
My oldest has tried these bars and likes them but because my youngest is allergic to soy, we don’t keep them around the house. So I won’t enter but thanks for the giveaway!
My boys bring me joy everyday! Could not imagine my life without each one of them. Looking forward to trying these new snacks, yum!
Getting extra time off to spend with family and friends brings me a lot of joy!
My kids and nonnykin bring me so much joy! Their smiles light up my entire world.
BTW, how do these taste? I keep trying different protein bars and they often end up tasting like so much sawdust mixed with chalk. Are these tasty and filling?
Like you there are so many things that bring me joy… my parents, siblings, husband of 22 years and our three daughters.. life if far from easy but the trials I have known bring me joy because they have brought me to where I am today and forged me into a strong, confident and healthy woman. God almighty bring me joy! He is always at my side 🙂
I haven’t had these before but they sound great. I especially love the healthy ingredients!
My family and especially my grandchildren. Always lots of joy 🙂
Seeing my sons excitement!!!
I received my prize bucket today. Thanks, so much!
