Family, Movies and Macy’s….those are just a few of my favorite things. Put those all together and what do you get?
If you’re in St. Louis, you’ll want to spend a fun-filled evening at the West County Macy’s on Friday, June 21st!
Beginning at 6pm and limited to only 25 cars and 125 customers, this FREE event will feature fun carnival games, top tunes and yummy treats! At dusk, settle in for a screening of the family film The Smurfs with a sneak peek at The Smurfs 2, in theaters on July 31st!
Plus, shop the kids department that day and with any $40 or more kids purchase, receive a Macy’s Drive-In lawn chair! You can watch the movie in style!
I’ll be there with my whole family and can’t wait to spend the first day of summer celebrating an 80 year old tradition – watching a drive-in movie! If you’re in St. Louis, make sure to let me know if you will be there!
Space is limited and again will only be open to the first 25 cars and 125 customers. Pick up your wristband for the event starting at store opening near the Manchester entrance {2 West County Center, St. Louis, Missouri 63131} on the main floor. Rain date is Wednesday, June, 26.

I love drive-movies in theory, but the way I remember them translating is being crowded into a station wagon with too many siblings on too humid and hot of an evening and getting bit by entirely too many mosquitoes. Funny how I still have a fondness for drive-ins regardless!

Sounds like a fun event, I’m in California but I would go if I was there. I remember going to the drive in when I was a kid and teen, I used to love it.

sounds very fun too bad I won’t be near there but I’m sure if I was I would try not to missed it. Enjoy the day and have lots of fun!

When I was a kid we went to the drive-in a lot. It was always something to look forward to. This sounds like a great event, so I’ll have to see if there is one going on at a Macy’s near me.

My parents took us to a drive-in, my sister and I had our pj’s on and we had a mattress in the wagon part of the car. We always fell asleep before the movie was over 🙂

That sounds so fun! I’ve never been to a drive-in movie. Too bad I don’t live near St. Louis!

I love a drive in! We had one in my hometown well into my teen years and I cherished our time spent atbthe movies, together as a family, with our own snacks & old couch pillows!!

It sure sounds like a lot of fun. Our kids love going to the drive in, and I love it cause it is cheaper and less of a hassle than taking four kids to the regular movie theater.
