Last week while I was in Los Angeles, I had the chance to chat (and craft!) with the cast of Disney Channel’s Coop & Cami Ask The World!

Coop & Cami Ask The World
Coop & Cami Ask The World is a live-action comedy that follows Cooper (Lotus) and Cameron (Turner) Wrather, two middle-school siblings who co-host Coop’s online show “Would You Wrather.” With the help of their little brother Ollie and Coop’s best friend Fred, the duo present out-of-the-box questions and results to the show’s millions of followers (aka Wratherheads) who help them solve life problems – both mundane and madcap. Every day is an adventure in the Wrather’s hectic household, which also includes their older sister Charlotte and mom, Jenna. Whatever the question or result, Coop and Cami tackle adolescence and everyday family situations with humor and heart.
While we were there, we screened the holiday episode of Coop & Cami Ask The World titled, “Would You Wrather Get a Moose Angry”. In this episode, the kids work together to try and make Jenna’s wish of a classic Wrather Christmas come true, but a major snow storm and a disgruntled moose disrupt their Holiday plans. This was my first time seeing an episode of the show and it won’t be the last! It’s a cute, family-friendly show that the whole family can sit down and watch together. I know that both my 5 year old twin girls and my 10 year old son will be cracking up at it!

Talking With The Cast Of Disney Channel’s Coop & Cami Ask The World
We sat down and talked to Dakota Lotus, Ruby Rose Turner, Albert Tsai and Paxton Booth, the stars of Coop & Cami Ask The World! These kids were so fun to talk to – and wise beyond their years!
Holiday Traditions
Of course, I had to ask them what their favorite holiday traditions were!
Albert Tsai (Fred) shared, “My favorite holiday tradition is just kind of decorating the tree and putting up all the festive décor and just spending time with my family.”
Dakota Lotus (Coop) agreed saying, “My favorite tradition with the holidays is probably just being able to spend time with my family and friends, too. And also decorating the tree. Yeah, that’s always super fun.”
Paxton Booth (Oliver) adorably shared, “I only get to see my grandma once a year, and that is Christmas time, so my favorite part is seeing Grandma.”
Ruby Rose Turner (Cami) told us, “I think my favorite holiday tradition is going around and seeing all the Christmas lights.”
Advice For Kids Who Want To Act
We asked them if they had any advice for kids that wanted to start acting!
Ruby Rose Turner shared, “I would just say be a hard worker and love what you’re doing and be dedicated.”
Albert Tsai told us, “Just keep on persevering.”
Dakota Lotus said, “Get ready for some rejection, ‘cause it does happen.”

Wishes and Goals For The New Year
We asked them what some of their wishes and goals for the new year were!
Turner shared with us, “Just to continue what I’m doing now but just on maybe more of an advanced level, you know? And just continuing to be happy.”
Paxton Booth told us, “I wanna keep acting, but I have a lot of goals I wanna get to. Be in a Tim Burton movie for sure. I have a whole bunch of goals, but hopefully accomplish one or two next year, maybe. I don’t know. Be in a horror film.
Albert Tsai said, “Keep on going with our show. More episodes.”
Dakota Lotus shared, “To give back for the holidays, ‘cause, you know, you get all these presents, and you know, and it’s good to give back.”
We also got to have some fun crafting with the cast of Coop & Cami Ask The World!
