Update: Congratulations Beth! Have fun picking out your cards!
It seems the simple act of sending a written note of thanks is becoming overlooked more often than not. One quality that I would like to instill into my kids’ personalities is appreciation. It is important to talk to them about why they are spending time to send a note of thanks and the gratitude that is goes along with it. Help kids remember that they are thanking the gift-giver not only for the gift, but for the thoughtfulness behind it.
Make your kids’ thank you notes special. Sit down with them and choose the perfect note card. A card that is personalized with their name (and maybe even their face!) will make it more fun for them and also the recipient!
School-aged kids can write their words of appreciation. For the little guys, a drawing of the toy or asking them to create a picture of how happy they are would make the gift-givers day! You could also ask them to tell you what they would like to say, write it for them and then have them sign their own name. It might be easiest to tell them “thank you note first and play second”! Having the rule established that writing a note of thanks always comes before playing with the gift might get the job of writing a thank you card done fast!
Pear Tree Greetings offers an incredible selection of Christmas Thank You cards. Friends and family will love getting a card personalized with a picture of your kids smiling back at them on the Peek-a-boo Snowman card.
And if you have the younger kids who would like to express their gratitude in art, there is the very sweetPlayful Coloring Swirls card.
The Multicolor Tree Prints card is vivid, bright and whimsical! Add your name as a perfect finishing touch!
And if you haven’t found your Christmas Cards this year, check out this incredibly fun and original Colorful String of Lights card! How delightful would it be to find this card in your mailbox?
If you have some cute pictures and a lot to say about them, the very beautiful Christmas Tales card might be the card for you! It is made of 100% recycled paper.
I have been a fan of Pear Tree Greetings for quite a while now and it still surprises me just how beautiful the cards are in person. The printing is crisp and the colors are saturated. The paper is thick, soft and of unmistakably high quality. Unless stated otherwise, Pear Tree uses recycled paper in the making of their cards and they have a large section devoted to cards and envelopes made from 100% post-consumer recycled paper. Pear Tree is green!
Pear Tree Greetings has great number of unique and unexpected designs! Something for every taste and personality. Your child is sure to find a card that fits them perfectly! One that they will enjoy saying thank you with!
You can follow Pear Tree on their Facebook page for all the latest sales and to get news on the newest products! The Pear Tree Blog has a wonderful article on how to take a great family picture and more.
Pear Tree Greetings is giving one very lucky Sippy Cup Mom reader a $50 gift card to use on their favorite holiday products!
I received Pear Tree Greeting cards to facilitate my review. I will be compensated with a Pear Tree gift card. I was not influenced to write my post in any way. All opinions are my own and honest.
