What I Found
I stopped in at our local Saver’s last week to see if they had anything good. I came across these Yankee Candle votives and freaked out! I LOVE Yankee Candle and I can’t believe that someone would have donated these – don’t they know how good they smell?!
What I Paid
I buy a lot of the larger Yankee Candles but I don’t buy a lot of the votives. They are usually $1.99 and I paid only 50 cents a votive! What a deal! Now I’m on the hunt for a cute votive holder for my kitchen.
Share YOUR Thrift Store Finds!
Every Thursday, Alissa from Fun Finds for Familiesfollow, Crystal from Surviving a Teacher’s Salaryfollow and myself will be showing off our favorite thrift store finds! We would LOVE for you to link up with your own finds too! If you’re not a blogger, you can upload your picture to the Sippy Cup Mom Facebook page so we can see what you found!
That is such a good deal. Great find! I love finding items for cheap like this!
Get. OUT. And they’re still wrapped in plastic?!? That’s awesome! Nice find! Maybe on your next trip to the thrift store, you’ll find a cute votive holder, too.
I love thrift stores, goodwills, yard sales, etc.. I buy my clothes and books shopping like that. Good find!
I never find good things at the thrift store. I think I always get there too late.
(Thrift Store Finds – Yankee Candles #ThriftStoreThursday) I really like the smell of many of their candles. I have a few of them in our house right now.
That’s a great deal! My favorite thrift store finds are my exercise pants and a beautiful long jacket for my little girl.
I understand why they ended up there. I’m one of those people who are extremely sensitive to scents, and for some reason people love to give me scented candles. (Cue the asthma attack in 3…2…1… ). I usually regift them but I admit some end up at the thrift store.
And dang, I sure do miss living by a Savers. Lovelovelove that store!
