Welcome to Week 45 of Toddler Talk Thursday! Where Family and Life in Las Vegas, Crazy about my Baybah, and My Life as a Sippy Cup Mom talk all things TODDLER!!
** If you want to follow this on twitter – or plan on tweeting your post – please use hashtag: #letstalktoddler **
Each week the hosts will travel around to each blog to see what topic your suggest for a future Toddler Talk. If we choose your topic – you will be our featured blog.
Keep the GREAT suggestions coming. We have an on-going list we will choose from each week. Some topics are ones we have done in the past – but that doesn’t mean we won’t revisit them!!
In order to qualify for this you need to blog about this week’s topic, and follow the hosts.
And the end of your post – suggest a future topic.
Comments letting us know you are participating are always great too. If we choose your topic, we will link back to your post.
Thanks Cassie at Crazy Cool with a Side of Crafty for the great idea!
We don’t really have an emergency kit for babysitters, but it’s a fantastic idea! I’d love to put one together and I can’t wait to hear everyone else’s ideas!
When we have a babysitter, I always make sure to have an easy dinner (Pizza!) and jammies laid out. I usually try to buy a new toy or coloring books, so it’s something to distract Hayden when we leave! He’s usually having too much fun to even notice!
I also make sure that they have all the phone numbers they would need to reach us, in case of an emergency!
Link Up Suggestions:
1. We ask that you follow all three hosts. That way you can keep up to date on future Toddler Talks.
2. Please grab the Toddler Talk Button and display it in your post or on your blog.
Please – Before you Link up – This is NOT A BLOG HOP!! IT IS A MEME FOR PARENTS AND CAREGIVERS OF TODDLERS. If you aren’t going to post specific to this weeks topic, then don’t link up.
I like your ideas. I don’t use babysitters very much because I’m afraid my children won’t be good! But, I think distracting them with a toy would be very helpful. I will remember that. 🙂
It definitely has worked every time! Usually a puzzle or something! 😉
Having easy dinner is a must. I remember my mom always got the greatest snacks too for the babysitter.
Just found this meme through a hop I was doing earlier today and decided to join in the fun since I have a toddler in the house.
I’m a new follower, too.

I love the idea of an emergency kit for babysitters. I should really put one together- we just don’t use a babysitter often. So having an emergency kit for him/her when the time comes up (usually we are scrambling) would be great!
For instance, when you try to withdraw money in Malaysia using wire transfer, you will be charged $50 which is a lot of money.
In fact, statistics show that about 96 percent
of the forex traders either quit shortly after entering the forex market or they lose
money. Simply put, the best person to advise you how to trade is you.
