Does your toddler ever wake up in the middle of the night? If so, what do they want and how do you deal with it?
I’m knocking on wood right now because Hayden NEVER wakes up in the middle of the night. I can’t even remember the last time that he did. He is such a good sleeper, he sleeps about 10 hours at night. When he wakes up in the morning he likes to spend about an hour in his crib reading his books.
That is a big part of why I’m reluctant to put him in a big boy bed because I know his sleeping habits will change!

I think that is so cute that he spends some time in the am looking at his books.
I love that he looks at his books first thing in the morning.
I should try putting books within Katie’s reach for when she wakes up…she loves books!
Definitely try it! He keeps him busy forever!
My son has good days & bad days, but lately there have been more bad days and he wakes up quite often.
Poor babe! Hayden will wake up when he is sick but not too much otherwise! Unless I can’t hear him! :-p
I tried to leave books for him when he wakes up, but it usually ends poorly when he pitches them out the crib, but wants them back!
LOL, and then he is probably yelling for them!
I’m kind of like that too, with the books. Only I do it with coffee and the internet!

That is awesome! Baybah sleeps about 10 hours too. We have a toy box that he can reach into from his crib when he wakes up. Sometime it keeps him occupied, other time I hear him jumping up and down on his bed, and know it is time to get him:P
Haha! Hayden does the jumping up and down too and I know he’s just waiting to get out. I keep picturing the day he shows up in my room because he climbed out!
