Welcome to Week 32 of Toddler Talk Thursday! Where Family and Life in Las Vegas, Crazy about my Baybah, and My Life as a Sippy Cup Mom talk all things TODDLER!!


Toddler Talk Thursday was created as a place for moms and dads of toddlers to come together over a weekly topic and share ideas, go-to toys, or products. It is a great way to meet other bloggers of toddlers. Each week the topic will be different; we invite you to link up, share your weekly Toddler Talk!!

What items make up your toddler’s Toy Box that aren’t really toys?

I think the #1 thing that is in Hayden’s toybox that isn’t a toy is definitely his flashlights. I bought 2 flashlights a few months ago because of a big snowstorm and he thinks they are his. He loves to have them with him in bed and to just play with them in his room. They are always kept in his room. There is a Buzz Lightyear flashlight I saw at Target that I’d love to get him and it’s a lot lighter too! 🙂


We used to have the occasional plate in his room, he would like the character on it and keep it in his toy box.


He also likes to keep DVD’s with him. A couple times I have let him sleep with the Toy Story Cases but luckily he has stopped with that. We have about 4 shelves of animated movies so he likes to look at them and carry them all around with him!!
