I need to start packing!
Have you all packed for a toddler before? They need a lot of STUFF. Not as much as a baby, but still a lot!
We are leaving early Friday morning and driving down. Last year we stopped after about 8 hours and stayed the night in Jackson, Mississippi so we are going to do the same this year. We hope to drive straight through on the way back but it all depends on Hayden!
I have bags full of books and small toys that he hasn’t seen yet PLUS we are bringing Toy Story (of course!) and some other DVDs so we should be okay in the car!
I’m so excited that in a couple days we will be at the beach!
This picture was taken in front of Gulf Shores Plantation, where I’m super excited to be staying. I can’t wait to explore the resort and everything it has to offer!
We have WiFi in our room so I will be updating with all that fantastic things we are doing! 🙂
Last year I was able to get Hayden to wear a sunhat while we were at the beach but this year he refuses to wear one. Any tips? I don’t want his scalp getting burnt!

I just put sunscreen in Squish's hair all over his head, and don't forget the tops of the ears! 🙂 Have fun!!
