Halloween is my favorite time of year. I love the cooler weather and then snuggling in front of the TV watching a not-so-spooky movie with my family and then after the kids go to bed, watching a scary, sleep with the lights on movie with my husband. Adults

– The Cabin in the Woods: We haven’t seen this one yet but it’s been on the top of my husband’s must-see list for awhile. We definitely will be watching it this week!

– Scream: Cheesy, yes. But I sure do love this movie. I think because it came out when I was in high school and it was THE scary movie to go see. I still love it.

– American Horror Story: Season 1: You’ll find the first 2 season of AHS on Netflix, but the first season absolutely made me sleep with the lights on. Something about it being set in a house that could be just like yours. With 12 episodes, it’s totally appropriate to binge watch it this week.

– Night of the Living Dead: A classic film that is a must watch for Halloween week.

– Evil Dead 2: Looking for a funny and silly Halloween movie {but not appropriate for little kids!!}, then check out Evil Dead 2.

Family

– The Nightmare Before Christmas – One of my favorite movies to watch with my family! This is Halloween!

– The Addams Family: Is it bad to admit I have NEVER seen this movie?! Now that it’s on Netflix, I’m definitely checking it out!

– Spooky Buddies: A cute movie for the whole family!

– Vampire Dog: We haven’t seen this movie yet, but it looks super cute!

Kids

– Curious George: A Halloween Boo Fest

– Mickey’s House of Villains

– Casper’s Scare School
