I have partnered with Jack’s Pizza for this sponsored post but all thoughts and opinions are my own.
I’ve been outside enjoying this beautiful fall weather with my family but pretty quickly it’s going to be winter and we won’t have as much time to play outside. Then, we will be stuck inside trying to stay warm and I’ll be trying to think of ways to keep the kids entertained. If you’ve ever had TOO MANY snow days, you know that it can be hard to keep the kids having fun and busy while cooped up inside. We like to have our family fun nights – especially in the winter – but here are some other fun activities to do with the kids this winter!
- Homemade Sand Recipe
- Bubble Art
- DIY Superhero Capes
- DIY Velcro Craft Sticks
- Cardboard Box Building
- DIY Glow in the Dark Slime
- Indoor Game Ideas to Get Kids Active
- Boredum Busting Busy Bags
- Kid’s Coffee Shop with Printables
- No Mess Allowed Painting
- Make Your Own Lacing Cards
- Rice Box Activity
- Monster Finger Puppets
- Popsicle Stick Photo Puzzles
- Salt Painting
- Masking Tape Games
- Paint Snow Indoors
- DIY Ball Pit
- Dino Dig with Ice
- Make Homemade Bird Feeders
- Sponge Blocks
After you win the day with those fun indoor activities, the perfect meal to serve up is Jack’s Pizza. I’ve stocked up my freezer in preparation for those days and I know I can win the day with Jack’s Pizza.
Pizza might have originated in Italy, but Jack’s was born in the Midwest. Being from Missouri, I love that Jack’s Pizza is made right here in the Midwest. Plus, it’s topped with 100% real cheese that is produced in Wisconsin. Add in a preservative-free crust and I know that I’m serving up a delicious and quality meal for my family for only a few bucks! From cheese to supreme, you’ll find something you love from Jack’s Pizza. {My son’s favorite is the rising crust cheese!}
Best of all, it’s a QUICK meal! My kids can go from zero to 100 when they are hungry but I can pop a Jack’s Pizza in the oven and 12 minutes later, it’s ready! Kids are happy and mom is happy!
From busy weeknights to those cabin fever days with the kids home, Jack’s Pizza is the perfect solution to help mom win the day.
These are great ideas and making homemade pizza is so fun as well.
Such fun ideas (and delicious pizza, of course). I’ve got to make that Glow in the Dark Slime with my kids, they’d love it!!
These are fun activities. Thanks for sharing
These are some really great ideas–I will have to try some of them with my family.
Crafts and pizza sound like a perfect day in!
Great ideas! I love the idea of spending the day doing crafts and enjoying an easy, yet satisfying pizza dinner!
These are really good ideas! I haven’t made homemade bird feeders with my daughter in a long time!
I love all those ideas. I’m gonna have to print some for the kids. They’ve been stuck inside with all this rain lately.
These are super fun ideas. I know I should plan some this year. I have a lot more free time than I did last year.
They came saying on the news that we are going to have a rough winter. Got to stock up on activities to keep the kids entertained. I also need to stock my freezer! That pizza looks awesome.
Pizza and crafts? Life doesn’t get any better than that!
These are great activities to do! The homemade pizza making would be a fun one to try too!
Great tips – will definitely use these during the upcoming months! I think that every good day ends with pizza!
It’s pouring in Oregon right now, I think we we do some cardboard building today. Thanks for the list, this sounds fun!
Great fun ideas! Pizza would perfect even on sunny florida days 😉
There are a lot of fun activities to fill our cold, winter days. Thanks for sharing. I wish Jack’s Pizza was sold here in the Northwest but after doing a search, they don’t sell it around here. Maybe someday.
My favorite suggestion is the popstick puzzle idea. Get to pick a great personalized picture and work on a puzzle.
