You know you’re a Mom when…..
-You change your ringtone to The Wonder Pets “The Phone is Ringing” because you know your son will love it.
-You imitate Mickey Mouse’s squeaky voice for what seems like hours because your son loves it and says “More!”.
-You let your son splash in rain puddles getting filthy because he’s having fun and the joy on his face is priceless (even though you’re cringing inside!).
-You find hidden cheerios and graham crackers hidden in the couch cushions (and bedroom and Elmo’s Mailbox!)
How do you know you’re a Mom?

These are good ones!! My favorite is splashing around in the rain. I love seeing my son happy like that! And he's got a food stash everywhere! I wrote a post about it called "The Candy Bandit Strikes Again" back in April…you should check it out, it was pretty funny 🙂

Well, I did the old "saliva to get the stray hairs to stay down" on my son's head the other day – I think that's a sure sign I'm a mom!
Sippy Cup Mom says
Natalie–Too funny! That is hilarious he knew to stuff them in his pockets and hide them!
Gina-Oh, I totally forgot about that! I do that too! I think the first time I did that I told my husband, Wow, I'm definitely a Mom now! LOL!
Funky Mama Bird says
Those are great. I let my son splash in the pond even though he gets filthy because he looks at it so longingly it's hard to say no!

Oh yes…hidden cheerios and other various snacks…but with us, they are not so much hidden as they are just all over the place!
Heather says
I know I am a mom because I let them EAT the found cheerios and graham crackers!!
Funny post!
Lacey says
I love your list! I have a Yo Gabba Gabba song as my ringtone for the same reason.
Sippy Cup Mom says
Alysha–Thanks for visiting! You're so right! I was up at 5am the other day and it was so nice! 3 hours with no interruptions.
Heather–Haha, me too! Hayden went to pick up a cheerio that was on the ground and probably covered with dog hair. I almost stopped him and then thought, Eh, why not?
Lacey–Awesome! Which song? 🙂
