I want to thank everyone that left a comment on my post about Hayden’s upcoming surgery.
You have made my heart so happy by all of your kind words and reassurances.

The update is Hayden is having an MRI on Thursday, February 3rd.
I keep hearing conflicting reports if we are allowed to be in the room with him for the MRI. The nurse had originally told me no but radiology is telling me yes.
The little guy is going to have a busy week!
Monday he has to have a physical to make sure he is up to having the MRI and he is also going to have his 3 year checkup.
Tuesday he has an appointment with his eye doctor.
Wednesday, February 2nd is his 3rd birthday! Yay!
February 3rd will be the MRI. We get to be there at 7:30am! Yay again! 😉

Glad to hear you have a plan in action. I was trying to tell my sister about it this weekend but I could not remember the name of his condition for the life of me. It was pertinent because of Caleb's fever getting up to 105.3. How long after Hayden's fever did you see signs?

I'm sure that it depends on the doctor, but my son had to have an MRI and I was allowed to be in there with him. I will keep the cute little guy in my prayers. We all love you .

Maybe the fact you're going to be so busy is a blessing so that you don't have as much time to sit and worry. Praying for you…

Wow -that will be a busy week! I hope they let you go back with him for the MRI…they didn't let me when my kids had MRIs, but they were 5 & 7 when theirs were done. They did great without me. But while the kids usually do great but it's the mommy who needs to feel comforted! Will be thinking and praying for you & Hayden!

I was hoping for an update! I'm glad that there's a plan in place and I know that Hayden is going to fly through all of the procedures with no problem – it'll all be over before you know it and then there'll be no more stressing because you'll know you've done the right thing.
Also, Hayden's birthday is the day after mine – February is a good bday month! 🙂
